How to return an item:

We only accept returns through the following process. Please do not send items back by any other means.

STEP 1: Email contact@tccplayingcard.com. Please provide as much information as possible and ensure that your return adheres to the terms listed below.

STEP 2: One of our team members will respond to you within 48 hours (usually less).

STEP 3: Pack the item(s) you are returning and clearly mark the ORDER NUMBER on the package. Ensure that the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs in transit, so please ensure everything is well-packaged.

STEP 4: Send the package back to us. We recommend obtaining proof of delivery (such as tracking) as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.

STEP 5: Once we receive your package and confirm its accuracy, it typically takes 7 business days to process the refund, which will be issued back to the original payment method.

Returns conditions

  • Playing cards must be returned with the shrink wrap fully intact.
  • Opened decks of cards can only be returned if there is a printing error.
  • Unless the product is faulty, you must pay for shipping on returned items. If necessary, we will reimburse shipping costs for faulty items, provided we approve the cost of shipping before you send it (we will only cover standard shipping costs for faulty items).
  • All products must be returned intact and complete with packaging. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that have been damaged in transit or if the package has been damaged (including shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging).
  • If the product is not faulty and was sent with free shipping, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product to you.
  • Products can be returned up to one month after purchase.
